Free Software: You may download and use the basic features of BS1 General Ledger, BS1 Accounting, BS1 Professional Time Billing, BS1 Enterprise Accounting Free Edition, BS1 Contable, BS1 Profesional, or BS1 ERP Version Gratuita, written and digitally signed by Davis Software. You may subscribe for emails regarding new BS1 features and fixes. You can unsubscribe at any time. You may upgrade to a paid full license if you desire.

6. Paid Software: You may download, try for 30 days, and optionally purchase a full license for BS1 Enterprise Accounting or BS1 ERP, written and digitally signed by Davis Software. You may subscribe for emails regarding new BS1 features and fixes. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Software Source Code: Programmers may purchase a license for BS1 Source Code. You may subscribe for emails regarding new BS1 features and fixes. You can unsubscribe at any time.

8. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof. There are no other terms including without limitation any representation and warranties other than those provided herein. No waiver, amendment, addition or deletion to this Agreement shall be binding unless approved in writing by Davis Software.

9. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia and further agrees to commence any litigation which may arise hereunder in the courts of British Columbia.
